We offer a variety of Values-Based Services, ensuring our clients & their families have meaningful supports

Consultation

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are available to provide a behavior assessment, guidance on existing programs as well as develop & implement a plan to help support both the child & family.

Direct Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy involves direct, one-on-one services with a trained Behavior Technician under the supervision of a BCBA. Direct Therapies include the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) & Trauma-Informed Skill Building.

Other components may include Caregiver / Family guidance & support, school readiness & community supports (including dental/doctor’s visits).

ABA is offered in our Center for children up to Age 5, school for children of all ages, & an afterschool program for children ages 6+. Our teenage program is growing as well!

Caregiver & Family Support

Caregiver and family involvement is crucial to supporting your autistic family member. TBS provides information to families to learn about the way neurodivergent brains process & share information. Guidance, goals & planning are developed & implemented by the BCBA.

Peer Group: After School Program

Our clinic provides a small group setting, where your child can learn skills that may help them better navigate social relationships while staying true to themselves.

Group Trainings

Interested in training for your agency or staff? Our BCBAs can develop & deliver specialized training to Service Providers and Community Organizations to help give them the tools & support they need to reach meaningful & sustainable outcomes.

Coordination of Care

Tropical Behavioral Services will work in collaboration with your related services providers to ensure complete wrap around care.
